You never know. They might increase the displacement a little to add power and not rely on increasing the turbo for all the power gains.

If they just sipmply increase the turbo size and not the displacement of the engine your just going to have a even larger lag issue than there is now. Which i dont forsee them allowing that to happen.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say mid 240's at the wheels:

wow so many people are voting for 300+. i wonder if these people know that it's in WHP and not crank. 300whp would mean nearly 400hp crank - which would be amazing and a big step up for mitsubishi and the evolution. one of the two would have to be true: either these numbers wont happen or the price index for the x will be greatly increased, im guessing at least 35-40k much like the mkiv tt supras when they first came out. i read from somewhere the evo x is 300 crank which would equate to about 240-60... ???

thats pretty much the same power as the 9. IF they dont put atleast 270 to the wheels i dont think its going to be as successful as they might want. Unless they drastically reduce the weight then it might fly, but i highly doubt they will reduce it enough to matter...

I like the way it looks, but it would look a lot better with a big frontmount sitting in front.

Look at the part that is covered up, then look at how wide that car is... It sure looks full sized to me.
