I have a Prosport electronic boost gauge (amber/white) I'm trying to install on an Evo X GSR. I'm pretty sure I have the "tee" fitting and sensor installed correctly.

I have it wired like this:

Black - ground
Red - power door lock fuse (constant 12v power)
White - hazard lights fuse (I tried it in the cig lighter fuse also)
orange - not used

Here's the problem, when it starts up it goes through the opening ceremony but I believe it does it twice. It runs the needle all the way up then back down two times then shows the boost maxed out and flashes back-and-forth between red and white with a constant BEEP, BEEP, BEEP.

I've searched everywhere trying to find out what is causing this, but no luck. I'm at the end of my rope. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Can you please tell me where exactly to connect the amber, white, and orange wire? i installed my gauges but my high lights would not work.

Dual color option wiring, white during the day and color at night.

Performance Series
Black – ground
Red - 12v ign. power - (switched 12v meaning power when the ignition is on)
White - 12v ign. power
Orange - Headlight switch (so the color changes at night)
Green - Sender

Premium Series (Peak/Warning) Gauges
Black - ground
Red - Constant 12v power
White - 12v ignition power
Orange - headlight switch
Green – Sender
What would i connect the amber wire to? and the white wire? i have the orange ground and sender wire set up already i just dont know where to connect the other two.
