Should fit stock exhaust. They normally use the same flanges so it matches.

so this is a pretty straight forward install? please someone correct me if i am wrong

1. remove engine cover
2. remove strut bar
3. remove both heat shields (firewall and downpipe)
4. jack up car
5. remove stock cat and stock DP
6. remove o2 housing with heat shields

is that pretty much how the install goes?

Correct, but it's much easier said than done, you'll see...

of course...totally understand....i just wanted to make sure there was no other steps involved than what I posted above

I will be taking it to my mechanic and we'll see how it goes....he has a lift and 20k worth of snap on tools....hopefully we can knock this out pretty quick

I really struggled with the bolts on the O2 housing because of the heat shield on it; I ended up taking all of the shielding off before the O2 housing. Try as I may, I just couldn't figure out how to wrench the housing's bolts off the turbo while they were on. Little by little, they all came off though. Putting one of the lower shields back on was a blind luck sort of thing since the holes for the bracketing can't be seen from above in the engine compartment. I had a friend for some of that kind of jazz I called on to lend a hand.

OMG!!!!!

good write up so far... but im soooooo stuck!

like most others..im stuck on the "hidden nut" that is located in the 02 housing... its our 3rd day tomorrow and so far we have roughly 12 hrs into it

(stripped nut on the strut bar doesnt help)

anyways we got everything else out but we cannot get the hidden nut out... ive seen many say do this or do that.. but is there any in detail info about it?

we have ratcheting pivoting wrenches...breaker bars...extensions...everything except a lift...

any help will do... please!!! thanks!

I got it with a regular box end wrench from the top, remove the WGA for a little longer throw it'll help break it. It's tight as hell I was pretty much hanging off it
