How to change shift boot?

I was wondering if anybody knew how to change the shift boot with the new 2010 center consoles? I've seen it done on a 09/prior but the user gained access via that little ash/coin tray north of the cup holders. On the 10, thats not there on the 10 center console. Anybody have any ideas or tips? =)

I've run across thsi DIY, but on the 10, there isn't that little coin tray area just south of the gearbox. =/ Theres the button for the traction change.. so i wasn't sure if i pull that up just like in the picture? There doesnt seem to be any space even to fit a small flathead though.

um, that's only because you have the navigation/bluetooth package. without the nav package, where your traction control would have been, would be the coin holder. try reading the diy from the bottom up, perhaps? you remove it in the same fashion.

Maybe i'm missing something, but i don't have a coin holder? Unless you mean my ash tray? And from i can tell, i am to remove the button console just as if it was a coin tray?

that's where the coin holder thing should have been, if you didn't have the bluetooth kit.
