*** Official Plasti Dip/Flat/Matte Evo Xs Thread *** [MERGED]
Wow, this is great! I also have a RR Evo X and I was thinking of doing the same exact thing you did but I was afraid of how good the white would turn out since I don't have much experience with plasti-dip.. now I'm convinced it would look awesome! Thanks, I'm about to order this thing..
We DO offer Plasti-Dip http://www.maperformance.com/plastidip/
Plastidipped: RR to light Blue =)
Got bored one day and wanted to try something different so i ordered the kit from dipyourcar and did it in my garage
It was actually pretty easy to do and i liked how it turned out, already thinking of what color to do next haha

but i would imagine it would look horrible if the color is way different, that's why my next dip i'm doing door jams and all. This was just a practice run haha
be carful we just removed my buddy pasti dip off his car , he had it on for 6mo's and it ate all the CLEAR coat! left his Teal color like Crap after we removed it , idk i might be CA heat ( just recent we been in the triple digits the last 2 weeks )
I did my girls chipped up door handles. When I peeled my first attempt off it took quarter size chunks of paint and clear with it. I dont want to put anyone off of this but just be cautious of the surface your coating. It could have been too chipped to begin with or ****ty mitsu paint. Im not sure. Im dipping more in the future just wanted to give me real world experience.
