Personally, i Run the Injen with the UICP. Granted, i have a tune, and i love it, but honestly, I wouldn't have gotten my intake and uicp, but i got it brand new off a friend for 60 bucks. obviously, he was hard up for money. Had i not gotten that deal on, i would have used the money it would retail for, which is around 400 bucks, and put it into a Fuelpump, MBC, Flash, Boost Gauge and a Test pipe. You talked about bang for the buck... thats pretty much it right there

It stands for Manual Boost Controler.

There is no "best" intake. They all have an intake pipe and cone filter. Not to much variation between any brand.

If you had to take off your front bumper to install the UICP you were doing something wrong. Of all options for a Intake and UICP pipe combo the Injen setup is among the best available.

The stock airbox is capable but if you want an intake then who cares. I have put plenty of intakes on without a tune and drivabilty did not really change on any of these cars.

I love my Apexi filter + induction box. I didn't really need to buy an intake so soon but I'll be pushing 400whp soon which people say is the limit of the stock box. Also, the lifetime no maintenance feature of the Apexi filter had me sold.

Thanks to kouzman for his help in making my decision.

I have the APS and love it. It made great torque and no stalling issues whatsoever. And if you are into the stock/sleeper/clean look then you will love this because the new sprayer reservoir hides it completely. It only fits 03-04 though. I think I might actually sell it here so I can run the Buschur UICP and alky kit though.

id say the stocker is the best until you plan on running more than 400whp...or if your really just looking to hear the turbo...just throw on a k+n filter
