yeah your Evo will sound nothing like the WRX.

Right now a full race manifold should be the last thing on your mind.

you should be looking for some type of stg1 and a flash.

Little rule.

If you add or reduce either air or fuel, you will need a tune.

you may want to consider doing mods in phases, then getting a tune after each phase. This way you'll have a gameplan and spend your money wisely/efficiently.

i would prob. suggest a 3" turbo back exhaust + some kind of intake or dropin filter and a tune or flash to get started.

The Full Race manifold is indisputably the best header for a stock turboed Evo. However, most people would probably say that the $900 you'll spend on it might be better spent on a package such as the Warrtalon/Buschur offering.

You can get a full turbo back exhaust(Megan, Buschur, etc.), a set of GSC S1 cams, a 255 ltr./hr. fuel pump, and a tune/flash, for about the price of the FR manifold alone.

You already have a boost gauge right?

yes, your car will probably start going into some areas of the fuel/timing map it's never been tuned for.

Sneaky, sneaky posting in the Newbie section and keeping mum on your rather extensive modlist . LOL!

If you're gonna get a header, yeah, look at the FR, Shearer, AMS offerings. The Vishnu tubular header is a POS. It is totally a pile which will corrode through and crack to heck!
