Low 11's with Stock Turbo??!!

The largest influence on your ETs is your skill. The better driver you are the lower your times will be. This only comes with practice.
While good driving is important the car has its limits. The difference between a expert driver and a good driver is probably .1-.2 at most. The cars have limits.
My guess on pump gas with great driving I would guess 12.5 with a race tune and race gas 12.0.
Low 11's on a evo with bolt on parts is super rare.... maybe a couple cars have done this but not with out extreme weight reduction. Remember low 11's are 11.3 or faster. Many of evo's have hit 11.9 or faster and most of the fast cars are all east coast. Seems those tracks are faster.
Good luck.

Curt Brown hit mid 10's in his evo on a stock massaged turbo in a fully built race car. Not the same but really cool.

I hit 11.9 with a stock 8 turbo. Since then i have added a 9 turbo and Ported my Ex Mani and 10.5 Hotside. Im adding Meth, Ported Intake Mani, and a 65mm Throttle Body soon and will be going for mid to low 11's. Only thing taken out the car is the spair tire and jack.
Also it took my about 2 months of going to the track every Wed Night to get into the 11's. Takes alott of Practice!
