Somebody said it right, you want less boost when running 91-93 octane. Lets do away with pump because not everyone has 93 at the pump...I can only get 91. That being said 93 should yield 400 at most, safely. I’m pushing 350awhp on 91 and that’s about all you are going to get no matter how much boost you add. To get 450awhp you are going to need major drive train upgrades tranny, defiantly transfer case, clutch, etc. or you will be asking for major trouble. Not to mention anything parts wise that can keep your motor cooler will be great and necessary if your ride is a daily driver at 450+ hp. Any parts that will help/increase air flow, fuel delivery, i.e. bigger turbo, cams, injectors, exhaust, etc you will gain alot of power but you will sacrifice drivability and reliability. E85 is great if its readily available and also there are different "octane" levels/purity with that fuel and you can cut your fuel mileage in half if you go e85, so keep that in mind.

I have seen stock drivelines go low 11s and high 10s, it all depends on the driver and how much they abuse it. Yes it's great to have in the long run.

I don't agree that it is necessary to upgrade the drivetrain, or "...parts that keep my motor cooler..." as was mentioned earlier. I daily drive my 100% meth, 512whp on the stock MR 6spd, stock transfer case, and stock clutch! I take good care maintaining it, and I try not to overly abuse it by launching it up and down the block. At 41k, I'm doing well, and I haven't had to sacrifice drivability.

In fact, the way it works is the power is there when I push it. That said, if I don't push the car then it is just fine. Being a daily driver means that 90% or more of the time I'm not pushing it.

With that said, I know the clutch won't last forever.

well I have been gathering parts, new and used.

BR ported intake and 65mm TB, 1200cc injectors, arp headstuds

Thanks Mike@awdmotorsports

used ets 3.5 intercooler I bought off this forum, just installed it

PPI extreme ported/swaintech coated exhaust manifold.

used emp dump, dont know what version it is, but the dump tube was broken off from the weld, so I made my own. I got a good deal on the dump, so I couldnt pass it up.

I hear the epm is a tight fit with the injen lower ic pipe, so I hope I can work this around, just by looking in the engine bay its gonna be a tight fit.

I hope to get the intake and TB installed monday, and later on in the week to install the turbo and get the car up to epic motorsports for a tune. I just hope the stock bov will hold up for now(25-27psi)

I'm not sure where you heard that. I average 16mpg daily driving and the more lead-footed get 13. I'm sure it'll get ugly for track days but I won't find out until next season.

well its been awhile, but I just got my spoolinup COP setup the other day. I can really tell the difference in driving it. So much smoother in the rpms and accels smoother too.
