The problem with bringing the rs over is it isn't as cost effective. The rs has a different drivetrain. The only model with that drivetrain. On top of that I have a feeling they are still trying to recoup from the investment in the sst. Had a bunch of extra transmissions so the se was the natural choice.
I agree with you... the RS would have been bad *** to have over here, and I'm sure they would have sold. I'd hope that

I'm sure they can do that, and charge for what the car would actually cost. People seem to forget how much the drivetrain in a Evo actually costs. Mitsubishi has to cut corners somewhere in order to keep costs down. Otherwise the Evo would be $60k.
