If you pay MSRP on this car you will be out the door at about 39,000......
That's just insane. This car is in no way worth that amount of money. At that point if you want an all around sporting car, get a used (lightly used) M3. If you want a full on track car an RS, or an Elise, if you are just dying to pay close to 40,000. I do not understand mitsubishi's pricing structure for this car. They will sell the 800 to die-hards, but not many more unless they discount them substantially.

If that price is correct, i will now not get an MR. I feel that price is too much for what you get. Hello GSR or RS.

Don't rely on those sites/links when it comes to pricing because they are hardly updated. Just wait to see the actual price at the dealership. Actually I am going to my dealership today because I say a trailer there and there was one car covered up and I can see part of the rim which looks like the BBS for the MR Edition also from the form of the car cover the rear seems like it had a big wing. Keep you guys updated to see if it is the MR Edition.

I have heard an MSRP of around $34000.

EVO MR FU, your crazy for signing at 2k over MSRP! You just got yourself a $40k EVO MR after tax and delivery.

well the contract is voidable b/c of undetermined MSRP, once they do tell me the msrp, i can decide if i want it or not....and get refund of my deposit. I live in Ny queens, its not very easy to find a MR around here...most dealerships all have ppl waiting for it, and most of them have 1 or 2k over msrp. Plus, each dealership is only gettin very limited amount...like 2 or 3? the one i went to is gettin 4, i got the fourth on.....
not as worse as cali tho. I ain't crazy i just want the damn car, but if it is that price...I hate to say it but i might be better off with a 05 STI
I would be more than glady to pay up to like 37k for the car....but 39, 40.....i dunno

I'm skeptical until we get confirmation from some of the other dealers on here.

But, if the price crosses $35,000 before destination, my dealer and I are going to have to have a talk -- that's too much.

The day that mitsu releases the pricing, I will get an email in the mitsu dealerlink website at work. This website is reliable and is updated often. It is mitsu's, as a coproration, way to communicate with the dealers. So yes...there is no pricing on the car yet. This price is not accurate...as of now. My guess, it will be just south of 34 before destination. This car will NOT sell well above 35, in my opinion.

if its over 35 before destination......i might be taking my three g's back and moving towards the 05 STI, even though i really dont want to.....sti priced at 32770 is a decent price.............i really am not a fan of sabaru but thats a big price gap for minimal performance gain..
