I can yes.
But the 3G ECU doesnt read past 100% load which causes problems when trying to run boost. lol

I can switch to EVO ECU but i want to keep the "sporty" tranny.

you can't remap the ecu? that's what people have to do now when they run too much boost... what's the resolution on the map?

Is this useful if I already have a reflash or should this be used in place of a reflash?

+1 for Scott at TTP. He sold me a Maftpro, Installed it, Tuned it, Taught me about it, and still helps me out when i got a question about it.

its a really powerful unit. Prolly the best Boost control ive ever used not to mention the Aux Trigger for Multi AFRMAPs.

Eventually I want to get that Zt2 plus Maftpro combo in conjunction with the Meth. I figure it will make a great boost controller plus fail safe.

This is how we use it on the 10sec MR. Complete with map switching when an alarm is sound.

This is an option I have been looking at alot more lately on my personal car. Although we don't have anyone here as imbedded in it as you Scott. From the way you pitch it, it seems like you have this down to a science.

Do you still feel the way you do about it with all the recent advancements with ecuflash? Or is it just sweetening the pot in conjunction with Pro?

Currently working on a 3rd mode of the MAFTPro configuration. Once testing is done we will report our findings of the best result. MAF, SD or blow through.

What I can tell you is that mixmastermatt who did the first speed density on stock ECU (without the maftpro) just lost his motor within a month of it. Not sure what were the contributing factors, however there were complaints of tip in throttle issues without the maftpro on his car.

Sad to hear MMM lost an engine trying to pursue things solely on ecuflash. I meant it more along the lines of some of the refinements and other toys popping up with ecuflash. I have spent a good bit of time trying to learn ecuflash since we last spoke on that issue, and feel simply using Pro to refine a base tune on ecuflash might be alot safer for me to use personally.

Or are you using Pro as much as possible for tuning?

It seems as tho you've gotten pretty creative with it so far. I'm assuming if you've got new stuff cooked up with it coming soon. You are still confident this is the right tool to be using. (Was more my point)
