lol, yep every bit of my tuning money goes back into the EVO I have a full time gig that pays the un fun bills. (yeah I said un fun... what???)

hell yes I'm going to be shooting autox from inside a 35R turbo car asap. I don't care if I win or not, I just go to raise hell legally every now and then

I don't make snap decisions, I just plow through!

On my GT30R, 500whp SR20DET I road tracked it once and went off road because the boost was nuts and I overshot the turn... I can't imagine making snap decisions on the auto-x course with this turbo...

35r's don't make snap decisions they think long and hard about it and then apply everything they have...

I don't think I was clear with my wording, basically what I did was floored my 30R on a straight section coming out of a hairpin turn and was in turbo lag, I hit full boost as soon as I was at the next turn, being scared ****less from the sudden hit of boost, there was no time to react with steering, braking etc. so I mowed the dirt for the track crew...

Cheers-
Erich

I just ordered some Falken Azenis RT-615 255/40-17 instead of the stock 235/45-17, that should give me a wider contact patch on the stock rim. They are about as close as you can get to a Race compound tire for the street/track

Specifications:
Treadwear: 200
Traction: A
Temperature: A
Speed Rating: ZR

139.00 each + free shipping = 556.00 shipped http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...r=40&tc=FALHZA

Nice! Hey quick question what are you going to do ignition wise with your new setup?

I plan to explore the limitations of the stock ignition. I'm running NGK BPR8ES plugs which are 1 stage colder than stock. The come gapped at .026 but I gapped them down to .022 to reduce the chance of spark blowout.

If that doesn't do the trick I'll get the HKS DLI II, it worked great on my Stealth at 34psi on c16 whereas before I would sputter like crazy.
