Hey AznFlip if you can send me a pic of how the flanges are welded together, I cant really tell with the pics you have posted

 

I should have just taken pics of it before I installed huh...hehe sorry, well I'm just going to post here once I take it so everbody can see it.

 

Here are some updates pics. I get to assembled my i/c piping, I can't believe they were just just bolt on practically, just few twist and it fit right up.


Close up shot of the weld of my flange. You noticed the original flanges has been cut, I used the Plasma cutter to cut mostly part of it, that **** is freakin awesome, it will cut in no time.

Oh yea, you know that the 16g is water and oil cooled. Where did you get the water feed??

 

I bought the ss braided heater lines for the dishwasher from Home Depot , it's about 10' long for 12 bucks and just bought fittings for it .

 

Azn you might have to take a trip to Florida and build me one.

 

Well my turbo kit is coming off today (for good unfortunately) so if you need other parts, let me know and we can work something out.

 

But where did you tap into to get pressure

 

And yea that would be the S**** if you came to FL

 

I haven't tap it yet, but I will be using the heater lines as my source.

I don't need any more parts for now I guess, probably gauges like oil temp/pressure, a/f, egt. I might buy another b.o.v later , for now I'll stick what I have right now, once it's running without any problems, I'm just going to buy better parts .

 

Thats what i've been told to do, so Ill be doing the same.

 

Sorry for off-topic, but why are you removing the turbo for good?
