8 psi is the MAX I would consider to run on the stock motor with stock compression. That is what i'm running right now.. like between 7-8 psi. i think some problems are coming up with my motor but i'm not too sure yet. i just don't trust it at all. i would stick with about 6 psi just to be safe.

also get the Walbro 255 l/hr fuel pump for a 2G eclipse. that will work with the lancer with a little bit of force. the AEM FPR works i believe...just ask link286xt..he used one

Bahamut, or anyone who knows, would something like E-manage be able to correct for the difference in ohms or would the stock ECU still be controlling them? I will be doing fuel upgrades in the near future and I could use all the help I can get finding larger injectors that will function properly.

get it blowing back into noncompressed side of the intake...this will save you from a lot of headaches.....if it blows off into the air it makes the car run rich and stall.

I think the ohms are regulated on the injectors itself. I don't think EM can change ohm readings on the car.

For larger injectors, check out rcengineering . . . plug in the turbo formula. I can't remember which is which. NA uses high or low impedance?

check out the last gen prelude SH. It might have 300cc injectors, but I don't know if they fit. The matrix has 300cc too, but the plugs look different and longer than mitsu design.

After getting injectors, always get 2 rubber grommets for each injectors. Don't want leaky injectors.

W/ SMIC, you might not get enough boost. What is your HP goal?

He only wants about 8 PSI of boost so it would seem his injectors are fine with a bigger fuel pump and FPR. I don't think he needs a terribly large IC since he'll be running low boost and the SMIC should help keeping a pressure drop to a minimum. As for the impedence of the injectors, NA uses high and FI uses low.

Singling you out again, bahamut. Did anyone try that 10ohm resistor trick? With my extremely limited knowledge it makes sense, but I dunno.

ya like I said I planned on running 7-8 Pounds but i'm prolly only goin to run 5-6 due to the fact from what i hear 7-8 pounds can b bad over long periods and i fear losing my the bottom end of my engine...my hp goal well i was tryin to get as close to 220 as possible. but now i'm figuring i'll b lucky to hit 180 hp.really just want to smoke my bois wrx.

you might also want to change your stock thermostat, mine stuck shut and my engine overheated, so i fried my piston rings. just heads up.
