most of the turbo'd lancers have t-28..you might wanna try the 240sx forums for the t3/4 hybrid turbo. i know a lot of hte sr20det motors use that turbo, but i doubt any lancer would have that. heck. most of them are just used turbos from other cars

A T3/T4 turbo would be a bit of an over-kill to put on the Lancer, unless you plan on running a lot of boost. Plus they don't really start to kick in untill about 5000rpm.

If you call Turbonetics they will recommend a T3 Super 60. Trust me on this one. Three different reps recommended it (and a non-ball bearing T3 is cheaper than a ball bearing T28 so I don't think they were just trying to get more money). If you do decide to go the T3 route I hope you have a skilled mechanic handy because it'll be a tight fit between the engine and the radiator. If there's one thing I've done quite a bit of it's research.

the turbonetics t3/t4 turbo is a huge turbo. it wasnt really meant for an engine like ours. plus, like they said before, it probably wont fit or it will require a lot of moving. but, if your looking to add 250-500hp, try as hard as you want.
