**idling weird on cold, snowy days??
so i'm driving along in my turboed oz and everything is fine, then all of a sudden i'm in stop and go traffic and it is snowing like crazy! i then push the clutch in and pop her in neutral and then the rpms decide to jump between 1000 and 1500, up and down, up and down while i'm coasting at like 5mph and then as soon as i apply the brake and come to a complete stop the rpms creep up to just over 2grand.
Has anyone had this happen? how is the problem solved? thanks in advance!

update: this happened right after i got out of a touchless carwash... i think some water got up in the BOV and made it frozen shut
could this be the problem or is there something more to be worried about?

ok... well no one has responded, so I took a few videos today so you can see what's going on. I ruled out the BOV being the issue because now it is functioning properly and I still have the idling issue sometimes. Anyway, onto the media...
Here is the car idling high after driving on the freeway when raining and then in neutral for about 5 minutes:
Idling High
This is the Greddy TT in action... normally when it is doing its high idle thing the TT will stay on closer to the 3 minute mark, unlike the 30 seconds here:
Greddy Turbo Timer
Here is the FPR inside the engine bay... I am thinking that this or the fuel pump may have somthing to do with it...
Fuel Pressure Regulator
This is the car at idle after being shut off for a few hours and then driven home:
Normal Idle
And here is a shot of the SAFC idling normally:
SAFC
If anyone has any ideas please let me know

Random ideas:
- run some engine cleaner
- check air filter to see if it's covered in Ohio slush
- problems with tune and cold air (it's been a problem in the past with the old RRM piggybacks)

i have had that problem as well, but i'm not boosted (YET). mine was attriuted to an exhaust leak before the 2nd o2 sensor so it was messing up readings to the ecu. when i fixed the leak it went away.

well i looked into what blacksheepdj said and the filter needed cleaning and while examining the filter I noticed some of the wires on the MAF harness weren't totally connected.
so, i took care of that, which makes the idling better, but my walbro is doing this high-whine/low-whine thing and when looking at the FPR is was going nuts too... maybe bad FPR now??
