How's the subie coming along

 

sube maps are a PITA. apparantly since i have the 02-03 16 bit ecu i cant make the maps bigger by adding lines of data. so after starting to setup my maps for stage 2.5-3 because of my mods i have and will have, i have to start all over. other than that i just need to change plugs and do a brake job on it as well before sat when i head to the dragstrip for some racing.

 

anyone interested in an rrm bored tb?

bored to 65mm according to rrm's site, which is 5mm over stock for better flow and hp increase as well with the larger size.

launched the soob finally for the first time... man was that a rush!.....need to work on clutch/gas timing but overall nice burnt clutch smell.

 

sweet, I bet it was a rush because of the awd

 

ya i had no wheel spin and the car kinda torqued a bit to the left on take off. the clutch took the brunt end of the deal. just have to dial in my timing for clutch and gassing and it will be dialed...

 

stage 3 base maps for the soob are almost done. little more tweaking, install the parts, send rom to ecu and tune. this is going to take a bit.....

 

parts and car are still for sale. lmk if yur interested.

baselined the subaru on wednesday. not to shabby for the base car with intake, catless tbe, and all other stuff stock and no tune...



now its time to put my new maps on it, install my parts and and do some plumbing and it will be maxing out the turbo, ic, injectors and pump at about 20psi...
