hey man, to add to your list of substitution parts, you can use the Injen polished intercooler pipes instead of the stock ones. All you need is to modify/manipulate the stock intercooler hoses/couplings or get new ones and extend both hoses for your BOV. This will also allow you to retain your coolant reservoir!

You guys think it would be worth it for me to get a turbo cam with just stock valves and springs and no head porting?

No sir. You will float them valves into your pistons. Makes for a bad day.

Depending on the profile you get, valve springs will be required.
But the price for the lower profile cams are the same price as the aggressive profiles.
Might as well go all out and get a turbo spec cam, not a universal cam that is "claimed" to work both on NA and turbo

I thought those springs would be done by now. When we degree in the cam we will check piston to valve clearance. If there is a clearance problem, we will have the pistons fly cut. Don't worry grasshopper.

i blacked out my tail lights today.

to do this, put it in the oven at 250 for 3 min 30 sec ontop of a damp towel and then also put damp rags around all the light bulb holes. then take it out and start with a corner and jam a flat screw driver in lol. then i just painted the silver and vwa la.

I tried it....lol my fronts turned out good. But as for the rear ones... 1 is still good other kinda waves at me now :P It was in for 3 min not enough glue still hard so 2 more min and when i took it out it was fine i put in down on a metal sink so i could crab it off coockie sheet and i watched it just start waving kinda sweet at first. And now not so much... o well ordered a set off ebay pre-smoked. All in all i would do it again saved me the money since i didnt have to buy the front just rear :P
