It is pretty astounding how far we've came.

On another note getting my alignment today, drove the car 60 miles to school without any issues. Alignment scheduled for noon then ill be all set for sunday's autox run. Ill put this unit through a few more paces on the way home. I will say the couple times I have nailed it not only did she grip and go but it feels soo much more stable. Before it was almost white knuckle when I would get on it because the torque steer would want to run me off the road alot of times lol. Now she just pulls straight.

Any difference when making sharp turns? The lancer has certainly come a long way.

I cant properly test real tight turns until sundays autox. I wouldnt want to look like a young ricer trying to do donuts in the mall parking lot

I will say though I expect much better traction coming out of tight corners. I did some highway pulls on my way home today and yeah good traction all the way and stable everytime. I have yet to feel torque steer when I mash on it.

I believe there is. But it did that to me years ago. Not sure if it's still there.

Nice job and nice write up!

As I read this, and noted there is substantial interest in Phantom Grips, would there be a handful of guys who might be willing to make a group buy on these inserts?

Ok well I know ppl are waiting to hear my results from autox with the PG so I wont keep you waiting any longer. IT ROCKS!!!! GET IT!!!! Seriously my traction on course has drastically improved. I am very pleased with how much better it flows across the course, now I can actually use my power on course, but its not only that. Wet conditions like standing water and going 75mph, no problem, laying down the throttle, no torque steer at all I am quite impressed with this unit.

Absolutely worth the investment. I dont see the alternative $1500 lsd option we have doing much better than what this $300 unit has given me. So there you have it, my 2 cents on this matter.

Admittedly I have limited knowledge about LSDs in general but is this something that more or less just locks the diff together, kinda like how "drifters" will weld their diff as a super poor mans LSD? I just want to understand how this thing works, not trying to dump on your thread or anything man.
