Does anyone know how to adjust the TPS? The FSM says to simply loosen the sensor mounting bolts and turn the TPS body but that is bs, there is not any room for adjustment
Build Has Been Completed
As soon as I get my tune figured out at 5psi I will do some 3rd gear to redline pulls and post some hp and trq numbers using vdr. Then do it all again at 8-10psi
Currently 5/28/12 I am running 15 psi on the stock engine hitting 222whp and 244 wtrq on English Racing's Dynojet

Great job; since I see that you are boosting it using stock engine.

Great job; since I see that you are boosting it using stock engine, I will post to you some videos of my Lancer 2002 4G94 custom turbocharged build, when it was at stock engine too (ok, these are videos of a year ago), right now my engine is fully forged and a lot of improvements, but please see the stock engine turbocharged videos and comment about it:
Does yours up the mph just like this one on stock engine:

Well, if not you are safe, but if it does, eventually this is what happens on stock engine:

I am at 17 psi now still all stock internals but I am also on a rock solid tune. My car accelerates a good deal quicker than your videos there but that is to be expected untuned. Your engine failed due to being untuned of course. Thank you for sharing the vid you need to pose up some vids now that you are fully built
I already have videos of the Fully forged built at my josiqvideos09 channel on yt. And I will be uploading track times and dyno videos this fall. Thanks.

The TPS can not be adjusted manually. You can adjust the throttle idle regulator screw and the cable, but the TPS not.
Why you want to adjust it?
If you loosen it, you will need an ohmmeter and a feeler gauge to readjust it, but actually if there is the possibility of adjusting it, it will be at very small clearances, that's why you need the ohmmeter and the feeler gauge, that's why you don't find enough room in there for adjustement.
