ha.. well once i finish my valve cover. ill definately have to get some pictures with it half way put together.. so u can really see how it fits together. runners are right at 6 inches, but its straight and right infront of your eyes. it definately stands out. definately a nice piece that Q has put together for me.

Went to dinner with the fabricator and a few other customers.. the fabricator brought some of his most recent work including the intake manifold. so we took some pics.. everyone seems very excited about it.. it looks great.

i dont have a pictures of the inside in its current state.. i do have the one posted of the plate side before it was tig'd back together.. im sure Q can post one up for me.

After tons and tons of reading and comparisons of the effects of velocity stacks on N/a Motors and Turbo Charged applications, i decided against velocity stacks because of the significant cost increase and figured they would not yield enough of a power difference to justify the cost.

im not sure if u phrased your question properly. but any fuel setup and Tb setup can be used, just needs to be specified for what you want as long as its possible it can be done. the one pictured is an "oem replacement" so u would swap your fuel parts, and your TB to it.. if u wanted to use a larger TB it can be done..

For My Intakemanifold..(thats going on my car, and is not for sale)
I am using a 75mm TB plate for a boomba 75mm TB..
For fuel, im using an Evo9 AEM fuel rail, and PTE 1200cc injectors. so considerable modifications have to be made since NOTHING lines up at all.

Fuel.. well your kinda limited unless your going extreme like me.. any size injectors will work depending on whatother mods your using. but your fuel rail setup will limit you. Depending on what someone wants, it can be built to specifications.
The simplest route is just swaping your fuel setup from your stock intake manifold to the custom built one. if u wanna get crazy, we can talk about a fuel setup also.
this is a Custom intake manifold.. not a Custom Fuel setup. so if u want to get crazy (like me) your actually talking about two different things.

I got to messing around with my valve cover today. i had worked on it previously but since then i hadden decided on what i wanted to do with it.. i was really bored so i got to thinkin..
E85 car.. 10x the origonal amount of fuel being used, no cats.. really loud..
Biohazard theme

So i finished sanding spray the valve cover in some flat black(almost grey color) a
nd sprayed the lower sections with some VHT wrinkled black, actually did two full layers (took forever cuz u have to wait 2-4hours between coats)
Retaped it up and sprayed the top section with some gloss black so there is definately a color different between the two..

This is where i have stopped..
I noticed a few things i dont like.. but its to late to go back and try to fix it now.. but two areas of wher ei wanst sanding just didnt come out right.. but ill live with it.. its not that bad or obvious(i dont think)

I have removed and added a few breathers.. (not needed i know.. but it looks cool.. so whatever) i was getting alot of oil blow back so it was something i decided to do a while ago.

Anyways.. now im waiting on the other color paints to come in so i can finish it.. but u get the idea. gunna have a little Orange added to it..

u can see two bubble on the right side.. maybe its a puddle from a little to much paint i donno.. trying not to toch it right now.. and theres alot of small air bubbles in it.. so now i gotta figure out how to get rid of those, if i cant, o well.. i like wheres its at so far..

HEY NOW!

i have straight up told like.. 40 people.. sell your lancer before u get to far in like me.. LOL i might as well stick to what i got.. my goal is 11s.. thats not far out of my reach!
once my setups done.. depending on where im at power wise depends on what i do.. if i do a 11.99 im done.. and focusing on show.. if it doesnt do a high 11.. ill be workin on lightening it up more and pushin a little more boost. once i see 11s.. im callin it quits.. till i get everything else done that i want.. (exterrior and interrior mods..)

Oh.. the valve cover i stripped all again and resanded everything and repainted in the vht black wrinkle paint. so the picture si posted 5 hours ago arent even what it looks like anymore.... once its dry tomorrow.. ill respray it all glossy black.. but im waiting on my other paint to get here so i can do my biohazard designs.. my minds a cookin! i cant wait now.. i for a feeling my valve covers really going to set off the engine bay.. with the massive turbo and intake manifold to back it! lol
