Actually I take that back. You guys are right. That was a stupid question.
Any pics of where you guys ran the wires from though. I feel like the wires would hit the cv axle.

70 load is just about the place where the computer does the EGR work. There is an EGR advancement table which i recommend cleaning out to 0's. Even if the car was to knock at that load level damage would be non existent unless it was crazy severe to the point of clearly audible knocking.

You mean both of these here?
No, it appears i didn't define that table or it doesn't exist for the auto lancer hmm..
In the evo it would have an ignition advance table for the spots where the egr was activated. It probably is enough to just disable the egr in periphery to prevent the ignition from advancing if it is even used at all.
Should be a straight forward test really just log the ignition timing and compare it to your table see if its advanced or not.

Another issue, while driving to work my battery light and brake light came on. I was logging so I looked at my battery voltage and it had jumped up to 15.2 from the 14ish it usually is at while driving. The last time my battery light and brake light came on for me, the batttery voltage dropped because my altenator belt snapped and the only thing I have ever seen the battery voltage do is drop if anything. The battery is new by the way, not even a year old.
What can cause my battery voltage to increase?

Its on the back part near the axle and still has a little room.
