Like i said before You don't NEED the GM IAT unless ER did one that I didn't find yet. Fuel temp sensor will work. Spoolnup sells all parts. You can get the omni on ebay or amazon for about the same price.

anyone know how to clean the IAC valve and EGR?? My car wants to die when I come to a stop. RPMs will dip to about 500 like its about to die, volts drop to 12V, AFR stays the same then it slowly goes back up and idles at about the 850-900 range. Everything that I have been reading points to start with that as well as the EGR. I have never cleaned either one of them.

I haven't logged it yet, I will tomorrow. Unless someone tells me otherwise then I will start messing with these things tomorrow.

I would start with some throttle body cleaner down the throttle body although cleaning Egr never hurts and quick to pull off. I had an Egr code twice for being dirty I cleaned it both times and that took care of the light but I still never had any driveabilty issues with the code.

I've found usually your issue is caused by excessive buildup on the throttle plate causing less air to enter when off the throttle causing the choking symptoms you describe.

You might also pull out the Idle Stepper motor. Its this little guy pictured here. You can clean this guy off and inside where it connects under the throttle body.

Ah! Don't you hate that? If it's not one thing it's the next. Glad i could help with the scalings. If you can get it to shoot 11.5 throughout the band let me know. I'm having a little trouble leaning it out now.

This has not been my month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The damn tranny started slipping this morning. I started the car up let it warm up for a good 10 minutes. Put it in reverse and it was like in neutral. Put it in Drive nothing. I shut it off and turned it back on. Put in "L" and it jerked to get in. Put it in Drive and it jerked to get into first gear again and then it grabbed and seemed fine on the way to work.

Well it probably started last night. Went I went to leave work after I reversed and put in "D", I had to give it a little bit more gas to get it going but nothing like today.

Imma take tomorrow to get a tranny flush and hope it does the trick, otherwise imma be pissed. Well first I'm hoping it gets me home tonight.
