ok well idk about the brake booster thats where my dv is tapped...

now im currently running my boost guage off where the U hose comes off the manifold. not the brass pipe piece but the manifold. i capped the brass piece and this seems really accurate and responsive. i think it would be worth is to tap a couple spots in the manifold to run direct lines separately to the boost gauge and dv...

also noticed that when i pump brakes while stopped i go lean lol.

Just happy that my engine is fine for now... who knows what damage i caused... then again i didnt have really any knock and my afr was high 10s at about 18psi and load was in the 240s

edit: i found a log from this morning doing 18psi just thought i would share. as u can see there is low to no knock counts

burner at 9-10 psi. no need for anythings.. and honestly.. u will bend a rod before u pop the head gasket... so little motor mods like headstuds really wont do any good in the long run.

Perhaps but it is still good insurance. $100 for peace of mind in the long run IMO

yeah thats how i feel but maybe it really is a waste... like demon said if u had enough pressure or whatever to lift the head theres gonna be a problem whether it does or not.

i really dont plan on doing internals unless i can get some quality used rods or find a good deal.

what can i adjust to have a better start up in colder weather? its getting colder here in the morning and my car sounds like its really rich and lags starting up...the rpms dont go as high as they used to either.

My cold idle sucks too....no fix as of yet, just making minor tweaks that never really seem to do anything. I did do MUCH better on the 9653 rom, so I'm moving my SD stuff over to 9653 now that I have a better handle on tuning. 9653 has a crap ton more startup stuff and tables are usually labelled correctly.

did you copy over ISCV from lancer rom, and idle stepper table?

I been thinking about a quieter muffler...my ebay stuff is freakin loud. I'd like to not wake every neighbor up when I leave at 2am, because I'm pretty sure they all hate me at this point.

Mine's 2.5 I THINK, whatever teh ebay n1 clone is. Regardless, how loud is yours and what kind of muff do you have? cat converter?
