I think you need to quit pressuring RIPP, boe. you seem to be doing it in every post that you put up in the RIPPMODS threads. i'm actually kinda tired of it. It's like you're trying to bring him down to your level or something. i don't know, maybe it's just real late over here, but i just thought i'd say that.

 

well look at it this way...

boe pressures them...they go through with it...what if RIPPS car is faster...they will get a LOT of business...but if RRM wins...people will STILL know what the RIPP car runs and its cheaper...so if its like .2 seconds slower im sure some people will justify thats as little as driver/traction etc...so it will be a good move for ripp...if they can get the car to the 13's im sure people will jump on it.

hell all the non-ic turbo ppl from rrm are only running 14's and 15's...thats only 2-3 seconds faster than stock...my grandam ran high 15's stock and it only had 155 hp....lol sorry had to put it in there miss that little purple car sometimes.

so RRM hits 13.5 and RIPP hits 13.8 people will be impressed and some will buy from RIPP cuz it will get em to 13's easily. just my impression...maybe im wrong?

 

i guess you got a point, it's just that everytime i see a post by boe i just get really aggravated. If they do run against each other, i really hope RIPP kicks their ***.

 

i am just like to try new things and play with new stuff... i am willing to put the Ripps little toy in my car, if they can give me a hook up... n plus i think it would be good sport to take up boe's offer of going to the track... and i also gotta agree with drive02lancer, he's gots some good points... hehe bring it Boe... RIPP should be able to hook you up as soon as the group buy comes up. it's supposed to be the best discount in a long time that they've given. I hope soon cause as soon as i get out of this deployment at the beginning of may, i want it waiting for me at home to put it on. yeah, it would be good sport to take up boe's offer, but you gotta also take into account all the other stuff that's done to his car. he might win because of all the other mods that he's got.

 

yea, im deployed in Qatar right now so once I get back all this money Im bankin from Hazardous duties and non taxable pay is really gonna pay off!!

 

you've got a good point... i wonder what boe has done to his car... and the groupbuy price would probably still be a little out of my pricerange, unless i worked all summer long. as of rite now, i am getting a full exhaust system from the header to the muffler (illegal tho ) and I'll have a sri by then hopefully. so yah... i bet boe's got a lot more done to his lancer since he's had it longer
