Is it your intent though to only allow these dealers to do the tuning or will the customer get the program so that after initial tune he can further tune if he mods the setup?

Speaking of that... is it even necessary to retune the initial setup if you mod your car further??
Sorry for not getting to this sooner, we have been shooting a video and getting ready for Mitsu Day at Englishtown NJ these past few days.

It’s a little more complicated than that, since no one really uses the ECU the way we do, we are skeptical to allow the end user to tune. After all its not their profession to know how to do it. An authorized SDS shop can get it all together for them in half the time (once trained).

But the goal is to have the parameters in place before hand, with recipes ready to bolt on. For example our stages are already programmed into the BB before hand, so our Mitsu guys car simply bolt on our more powerful programs and go through the learn features and eventually just for it, even when more boost is present.

So a stage one car bone stock can go through a bolt on session including pistons and larger boost pulleys and not have to get retuning, just go through the 500-100mile learn period.

I can't wait to be smoking me some evo's or other cars that used to bully me around

1. Where will your installation shops be located?
Well, these will be determined as we build our wholesale business up, we are adding shops everyday so we are sure that in a little while there will be a shop near you.

2. If we manual install, will it be covered under your guys waranty?
Yes the SDS is covered under a limited warranty for one year…all the details of the warranty are in the instruction manual.

3. How many units will you put up for the GB?
Yet to be determined

4. When and how long will the GB be up for?
Usually a period of 30days.

5. The GB price?
Yet to be determined

You aint nevah lie!

But like the Road Race Auto tranny turbo...so many cats cries I want! I want!..and when delivered...not a chirp.
I think ot will happen again with ripp mods SC.

So I expect to be one of the 1st to get my hands on the SC because we all want it, but not all of us can afford to drop the dough. Or in my case, trick the wife into allowing me to drop the dough!
MUHAHAHAHA

Not all of us can afford 4k at the drop of a hat - but we can all afford if we saved up for a few months, well majority of us atleast, if they want this kit that is.

I know if i wanted this kit i could have it by July if i started saving right now.

But i am choosing the path of RRM turbo, soo good luck to all you guys with the SDS - it looks awesome!

That would be intersted - try goign to the www.rippmods.com and dropping them an E_MAIL or a PM from this webpage, sometimes they dont check these forums too often, you might get a faster response with an e-mail, or they may miss your question if tons of questions are asked.

I too would be interested, my neighbor down the street has a 98 mirage ( maybe i think it is ) and wants to do soemthing to it, so this coudl work out for him as well.
