Yeah it's stumbling a bit. I unplugged the negative on the battery for a minute to get rid of the CEL and see if it came back on. I let it run for about 5 minutes and it hasn't turned back on yet. I'm sure as soon as I take it down the street It'll throw it again.

I have an exhaust leak between the wastegate and the downpipe. The O2 sensor is located in the down pipe so it's not getting an accurate reading for the air/fuel mixture. I really don't wanna take those pipes apart again cuz it was a ***** getting them on the first time, but I've got to so I can put a gasket in there.

Was it really that tough to get the DP and waste gate put together? I had little issue putting mine together. Then again I ran the IC pipes afterwards, so they wouldn't get in the way. I bought gasket material from PepGirls and made my own gasket, and surrounded it with some Copper level liquid gasket. So far no leaks and the thing is running fine. Although, I have an 03, so there was more known about the installation. Hope you get it fixed without too much hassle.

I finally drove it around the block. I kept it under 3000 rpms for the first test drive. I just had to make sure it was going to drive ok. My SRS light is on though as well as my CEL. Would taking my bumper beam off have anything to do with the SRS light?

yeah the SRS has a sensor near or on the bumper so you may have triped it time to roll to the dealer to reset it

My check engine light didn't come on for a good 2000 miles, it did, but I reset it before checking the code. I have taken my bumper off a good 15 times and have never had the SRS light come on. I have a feeling something else might have happened to trip the sensor. But like ^^^he^^^ said, time to get it reset at the dealer.

I wish I knew, I just reset the ECU without getting it checked. The car will be garaged most of the winter. I'll drive it around a bit to keep the rotors from rusting all over. Spring time I'll be driving it again and if I get another code I'll get it checked this time.

Back on topic. MEGADEATH, did you get the code checked again? Did you call the dealer about getting the SRS light reset?

I'm not sure when I'll be able to run it by the dealer I usually don't get off work until 5 or 6 and they're closed on the weekends

I reset the CEL cuz it was an eye sore, but I'm sure it'll be back soon enough and I'll run to Advance or Autozone and have them check it for me.

I got the CEL checked. It's the O2 sensor. It gave a lean code and a slow response code cuz of my exhaust leaks. It's stalling on me whenever I stop now. As soon as I get those leaks fixed it should level it out.

So far I've boosted 3.3 pounds so we know the 04's don't have any sensors that'll flip out when it sees boost. I'm still trying to find my exhaust leaks. I put a gasket between the down pipe and the turbo but I'm still stumbling and my A/F gauge is reading incorrectly cuz of the damn leaks! Saturday I should have time to really look and fix those leaks and hook up my additional injectors.

are you using a wideband for your a/f gauge. if not, its not going to be accurate anyway, its just an indication of rich to lean, not specific air to fuel ratios.

I'm just using an autometer A/F gauge, but yeah I know they aren't accurate. It isn't reading the way it should though. While driving at a constant speed at about 20% throttle it will stay on full lean then jump all the way to full rich, back to full lean etc.
