is it constantly moving back and forth? or does it stay at lean for a second or two, then switch to rich, and back again?

It will stay in lean for a couple of seconds then go to rich for a couple of seconds...back and forth like that.

Before I installed my turbo it would constantly bounce back and forth unless I was at about 80% throttle.

Dying

Is your BOV a Atmospheric or does it blow back into the intake? A lot of cars have the problem of dying when you let off of the gas, because of the Atmospheric BOV.

It is atmospheric. I had thought that might cause it. I'm gonna go test it out.

Once I start moving the car drives fine, but when I push in the clutch to stop at a redlight or something the rpms dive down to about 400 and it tries to stall. I can rev it up to about 4000 rpms just sitting there and I can hear compressor surge. The vacuum on my GReddy profec B shows -35 while just idling and when I rev it up to about 4000 it goes to about -19 or so and I hear compressor surge (the chuh chuh chuh).

Does everyone elses GReddy type-s make the fluttery chikcah chikah chikah sound? Is there a way to get it to make the high pitch whistle sound or am I not running enough boost?

first of all, you need to be recirculating that blow off valve unless your set up is something much different than anything what rrm looks like. secondly, your probably getting compressor surge becuase with the low boost you are running, the pressure coming back towards the turbo isn't great enough to fully open the blow off valve, even if you did the single spring mod. recirculate the blow off valve, then re-evaluate your situation. once you get rid of that, make sure your leaks are fixed and reset your ecu. my car stalled like this when i first installed turbo and i think it due to not completely allowing the ecu to "relearn". It's very important to let the car idle for about 20 minutes, then drive under 3k for a good 15 minutes or so. The ecu needs to learn normal driving techniques. once i reset mine and went back through the ecu "break in" period, i have had no stalling problems since.

What would need to be different to use the atmospheric BOV?

You need to reroute some piping from where the BOV vents back to the intake after the MAS, preferably before the turbo.

If you want to vent to atmosphere you need to put the MAS on the pressure side (the compressor output) and the BOV between the compressor and MAS. Trust me this will work and you will NEVER stall. This was the solution on the TSi kit.

Just like on my ripp kit, The BOV is before the MAS. The only down side to this is that you have to pressurize the MAS and once in a while you will throw a Barometric pressure code. The code doesn't cause a closed loop, but you do have to look at the CEL.

Thanks guys! It make sense now that I tihnk about it ... I just don't know enogh about turbo setups yet. All I have dealt with is roots and screw-type positive displacement blowers on the old school American muscle. Specifics on turbos are new to me.

Well I've recirculated my bov, but that isn't it...I think I know what the problem is. I think that fuel pump is a little too much for a returnless fuel system. What are my options? Anything I could get to take away fuel at idle?

have you tried resetting th ecu and allowing the entire relearning cycle?

Yeah I did, but that fuel pump is pumping way too much fuel under constant pressure and since there's no return line it's drowning the engine. I ran out a 1/4 tank of gas just going to town and back last night.
