Sub install idea without taking up trunk space

Im looking for some ideas of how to install some subs without taking up any trunk space or very little. I had an idea of putting two small 8 inch subs like in the back underneath the bench part of the seat by where you put your feet. Could it work

Pics would be nice.

Where do you put the spare then. Also how do you protect them from getting damaged. Also what kind of subs would you use?

I believe that those you're refering to are Aura Bass Shakers. Here's some on Ebay for pretty cheap ( http://cgi.ebay.com/AURA-BASS-SHAKER...QQcmdZViewItem ).

you kinda lose your spare. get AAA. you can build a box to fit in that spare tire void like evobunny said. theres a us lancer on evom with a custom fiberglass sub display in his tire well. forget his s/n but it looks real good.
