Success!...kind of, i rdid the learning part again, the CEL did not come on, but its still misfiring. is idle at 500-700 rpms low? cause if so then that migh be the problem cause thats where it idles

yeah post how it goes after you get it up and running. i wanna know if yours does the same things. i cant wait to get mine worked out so i can see how it really does. it feels like its got lots more pull with it misfiring, will it be better once that is fixed?

Like I said, raise the idle 200 rpm in park. That should help. This setup has proved bullet proof so it is either install issue or, install issue. Gabe will be awaiting your call. I forwarded pics to him. 02-03 shipped today.

I think it is a something else. We always assume everything is healthy but it sounds like you may not be. Regardless. Rest ECU by disconnect the battery. Drive the car easy for a day. When you first start the car the first time let it idle for 10-15 minutes. Let ECU learn a bit. CEL may not come back. Also if idle is a little jumpy on automatic, rasie idle at t.b. 100 rpms in park. That should solve it all for you. Duble check your connections too.

wow just went through the whole 15 pages of posts. this is really exciting! especially since it can run offa 89 octane. I can't wait to see the results. maybe i'll be aimin for this once i get back on the whole modding thing..for now...just another broke college kid
