I believe RRM is paying for shipping back... of course the customer has to pay for shipping to them... but they are going to issue either a credit or take off percentage for other product purchase. In all it's maybe 10 bucks needing to be recouped by the customer. Not really a major issue at all.

Drucea, did you just send it regular mail, uninsured? I just looked and priority mail, insured, will cost me about $15.50. But I'm also shipping all the way across the country instead of just half-way.

ups tends to be cheaper in that respect and they insure the package already for 100 bucks i believe.

Okay, I shipped my back today as well. It should get to RRM by Tueday via USPS Priority Mail. Can't wait to get it back. One quick note: I can tell its out. I don't have the power at 2000 RPM I had with it and the power curve isn't as smooth. It was doing something right, that's for sure. With this reflash, it'll be even greater!

I knew you would like the power difference. These little idle issues will be solved.

We used Drucea's box for more testing. IT is the only one I have in stock. I owe you one. Wednesday I will ship back. We found some other details today that should make it better. Other guys got the improvements. Boxes that were sent back will ship back tomorrow. All is good now!

Rock, RRM should be receiving the box I sent back today if you didn't receive it yesterday. Sounds like the turnaround time is pretty quick. Can't wait to get it back! I miss driving without it!

Sweet, thanks! Anyway you could PM me the tracking number or should I just call? I just want to be sure I get it delivered since last time whoever shipped it forgot to put my apartment number on it and it never made it to me - had to go to the main UPS dist. center to pick it up.
