Im just wondering if these cams will work on a 4B12 correctly? I have the chance to upgrade my 4B11 to a 4B12 from an outlander thats being stripped for parts.

Ignoring the complexity, why wouldn't you do it? There's no replacement for displacement and it's only a matter of time until the cam issue is figured out.
