Buy yourself a nice peice of sheet metal or diamond plate and get it cut to the exact shape of your front bumper, like that cf splitter you showed earlier. Bolt it on the underside of your bumper and it should protect it just fine. No point in spending 200 bucks of a cf splitter that also gets mangled when you hit stuff. I've seen the metal done on a 240sx in a magazine and it looked great and functional.

^^^^ that's what I'm talking about! Take it from a guy with EXPERIENCE in this matter. Adding a splitter (esp a $200 splitter) isn't going to solve your problem- what are you going to buy to protect the splitter and seriously- you're going to hit things with it, and hit them hard at least a couple of times.... Do you want to risk ripping the whole fender off (or a large chunk)?

I'm out of advice for you..... Good luck

I'm sure he bought that front bumper for looks too but it doesn't look good if it's all scraped up. A piece of black diamond plate would look awesome under there and it would keep the bumper in 1 piece like it should be. That car looks good enough like it is and a cf splitter that you can hardly see isn't gonna help that much. The VIII spoiler (that he said he's gonna get) will give him enough attention anyway. Might as well have some funtion added to your form.

Only thing is it's going to get damaged pretty bad if he is already low. I just think it's a bad idea to spend 200 bucks on something that is going to get torn to peices in the long run.
