Because half of SCLC has gotten banned for various infractions. They think they're cool now.

It's like a jail tattoo or something...

Thanx
I second that I have the $100 bucks but it's the wife I need to convince She doesn't like it when I dump money into my car...I don't see the problem .

Seems like everyone is happy with their pulley and sounds like an easy install. I could really use some low-end hp help so this maybe the next thing I buy. I may need to wait for it to warm up alittle before I buy...way to cold out to install myself. But it is a product I'll be keeping my eye out for.

ok, so i just installed my pulley, biggest PITA was the alternator. but i used a pry bar to move it, well other than that the pulley looks like, i think there was a gain, but the GF said its the same as before maybe i was wishful thinking but who knows . theres still slush n ice on the roads so ill really have to see when everything is dry. well ima go out n drive some more n see how it really is on a road where the speedlimit is 55 since im goin to the mall anyhow, i can test it out some more

yeah usually when you install something, your expecting a gain, so whether there is one or not, you usually still think you feel a gain. like if i were to get in my friends car with him driving and say "does it feel any different? cause I hooked you up with headers?" or something (even though I didnt) theyd be like "oh yeah, i thought something was different."

Myself and Otter tried to install my pulley this morning in his garage....... we came, we tried, we failed. Following Hobie's advice, we put it in 5th gear and one of us stayed on the brake while the other tried in vian to budge the nut that holds on the pulley. The 18" breaker bar just wasn't enough. We are trying again on Thursday with a 25" breaker bar and some impart wrenches and if that doesn't work, the local Harbor Freight Tools is selling a 2 gallon, 4 HP air compressor and an impact wrench, socket wrench set for $120......

i used a 6hp, 30 gallon, 150psi compressor and we had trouble, at first, when breaking off Vasily's OEM pulley. mine came off no problem though...you may need either a bigger compressor or a stronger gun.

I'm gonna work out and get myself some bigger guns. We'll get 'er off

Seriously, we'll try it again when I don't have to run off to work. I think with some more time and more use of PB Blaster we could've gotten it off.

YEA. You need a bigger gun. Like I state earlier somewhere only one out of 3 of our guns will do the job. It is like 600 ftlbs of torque...
