Just a good quality oil that coats everything nicely will do, but I really do recommend synthetic to all. Only problem is, if you change to it, you have to stick with it (or so i've been told) and it gets fairly expensive. But I'm really happy with it so far.

i switched from reg oil to synthetic back to regular and have never had a problem so i dont know how true that statement is you were told

boe! quit it with the neon green, i had to highlight everything because its such a pain in the *** haha

and uh, just as a side note, im pretty sure everything you do to improve performance is going to shorten the life of your engine besides leaving it stock, that kind of argument can be said about a lot of products and not just the pulley, therefore, the pulley is a good cheap mod which i wish was made earlier so i didnt go without it for so long

Haha... funny guy. Didn't even think about all the green. Don't really get the purpose of the comparison, but whatever.

Thing is... you can't compare me to him... I can drive a stick.

I plan to have my soon to be turbo charged engine run for 300,000 miles

Pulley Update: My belts still squeal some - I think they're still a little loose, but I'll fix the squealing when I do the turbo install

On topic and on track for sure...

If your belt is squeeling it's either to tight or to loose. You should only have about an 1/8th inch of deflection. Twist the belt at its longest area between pulleys... see what the defection/twist lenght is. If you can twist it, with minimal force, more than 1/8th of an inch it's to loose. Less and to tight.

Hope this helps.

Oh, ROCK... how many of those pulleys have you got still? And what is the usual ship time?

Same deal with the LSD and Flywheel... got any of them, and how long do they usually take to ship out?
