Change the setting - knob on top. Turn one way to stiffen, one way to soften. It clicks to tell you where you are.

Lots of great info here, sheep. Thanks for taking the time to write it up. However, I do disagree with your CF speech. Maybe it's just that I haven't seen anyone around my area with some, but I feel that having a few pieces wrapped in CF looks nice, not rice.
Thanks for the laugh sheep. That was fun. Sad part is, you're right on the money with a lot of those points.
I don't know about the whole spring debate. I've had tein's on my car for about two years and they haven't given me any problems. However - having said that.... i run local auto-x events and as soon as i get home from the desert, i'm ordering a set of Megan coil-overs and a set of Falkens. I'm looking forward to a better handling car that can be more competitive on a regular basis.
I understand about the exhaust size debate too, and i've done some searching as well - but i just don't think a pipe difference of 1/4 inch will be that noticeable. That's my .02 but maybe you've seen different sites then i have.
Wax on.....

Bottom line is that CF's purpose is in that it's lightweight. That's why it makes a good replacement part. When it's wrapped around another part, it's extra weight.
Super bottom line: (fake numbers)
Stock part = 10 lbs.
CF part = 5 lbs.
Stock part wrapped in CF = 13 lbs.

Now how the f**k does that make sense? You've gained weight and made your car slower. It's like trying to lose weight by eating cake...

It's not so much going to different sites. It's that I changed a lot of exhaust parts.
2.5 inch just seems to be too much. But it's all going to depend on personal preference and modifications.
This is so very true. I don't remember if you had an ES or an OZ, but this is especially true for the ES (02-06 generation). Just about the only thing the y376 was good for was plowing through standing water from my experience, especially with it's excessively weak sidewalls.
