Before I got my evo, I had an 02 OZ Rally. I got 27 at the worst in all city and 35-37 on highway trips. I had intake, exhaust, RRM piggyback, test pipe and was lowered on Tein Basics (more aerodynamic @ high speeds). The most I've gotten on the evo now is 27 hwy.

I think you should just go in there and get a professional check, maybe your timing belt needs readjusted....

Yes, I know what your talking about. Thats why I posted pictures showing that if you have the fullest tank of gas you can, and you drive until the gas light turns on, then you have burned almost exactly 10 gallons of gas. ~10.0 to 10.2 gallons. Thats when I fill up anyways. Just clarifying.

Yeah I noticed that, and you always post relevant information. Just many others really are comparing apples to oranges.

Talking Gas Mileage

Hey guys I have a 2003 Lancer ES and I wanted to know what you guys are getting far as mileage. How many miles to the gallon, fuel tank mileage or even half a tank just let me know it seems I may be getting kinda bad not to sure but just let me know. I don't know what a get for a full tank I know its some where in the 300's but far as a half goes I get 200 miles if I don't like floor it all the time. Thanks guys

On highway I get ~35 MPG and city, I usually drive more aggresively and get around 28-29 MPG. You can check my mods in my profile.
