should i turbo my lancer
get a project car. Maybe pick up an old civic and build that up. Something that you aren't making payments on, but has potential to be fast. Also, a project car you can take your time with and not have to worry about having to finish a project so you can drive it to work the next day
I am thinking of picking up an old 4G63 Talon to satisfy my modding bug. lol.

and i dont really like civics unless its the new si's
and i dont have the money or space to get a project car considering im 19, live at home, go to college, and work parttime
if only i had the money.. i tried trading in my lancer with 60,000miles for an 07 civic si coupe and they offered me 3,000 which was horrible..now it has more miles, more parts lol i wont get anything for it
someone agrees with me
Yea I know how you feel... My car is paid off, and I have about twice as many miles as you do. There's no point on trading it in for something else. It'll stay in the family and continually be rebuilt
now i have about 83,000
i hope to do the same thing
its suprising my lancer turns heads and it makes me happy
now if only it was a little quicker.. thats where the turbo should help
everyone makes a good pt here. but im going to have to agree with everyone an say if your gunna get the evo next summer, just wait, save your pennies aside for that big down payment so your payments may go down a bit an you have more money for JDM parts =]
my situation is i dont see myself selling my lancer, an i do plan on a turbo, i found a TD04 turbo that is in good condition that i got for an amazing price. (im parting everything together an gettin custom parts made) yes my car is an auto n thats where im concerned bc it is an auto cvt an no one can answer me any questions on if its a good idea bc no one as attempted to turbo the cvt's. an yes this is my daily driver an thats why im even more held back to turbo it. any help??
