Eboy - just remember one thing. Get it revving at the RPM you like. Assuming they use the normal tree, when the 3rd bulb flashes, drop the clutch. You'll perfectly blast off just as the green flashes.

Oh, I've done it at the 2nd amber and been fine. Also, nobody counts the RT they are just there.

Petey Pab and I were just talking and let me tell you the Launch is going to be the hardest thing to master since you have not done this before. Practice a little just moving off on the street. I'd recommend holding the revs at about 3K and then easing out that clutch.

Don;t be tempted to go higher because although you can grip it well on the street the strip always seems to be less tacky to me.

With all your stuff I hope you blow the 15's out of the water because I'd hate to have to put on all what you have to get there.

I think you're missing his point, the 4g94 and 162hp, 2.4-liter MIVEC Ralliart engine are two different animals. You're running higher stock than we are running moded in some cases. So Engine to Engine you have a huge atvantage. You can still have a Ralliart NA thread in the Ralliart section, but this is for the 4g94 Lancer.

Furthermore concerning the last part of your comment, there are some N/A Lancer's that will clean your clock on a track. Not to mention the Turboed Lancers out there that'd make you look like you were riding a bike. Oh, learn how to quote people.

Thanks I do launch the car at AX tracks that leave room for it (I hate it when you line up at the start gate and are staring down a slalom ) I think the Azenis will help because they get sticky really quick (even though they're heavy). Right now the cam has eaten some of the low end- but feels like a rocket taking off after4K. I'm going to play with the timing tonight to see if I can't get some more punch inthe 2500+ range. I hear you though- all that rubber on the strip can't be doing anyone any favors when it comes to launching.
