Go_Lancer_Go, I am sorry to hear about your kit dude. I have been there before and it sucks and TOTALLY irritates you feel like you are being ignored. That's all I have to say. I don't want to take sides. I have fought my own battles related to this matter and it worked out ok. I hope you situation works out ok bro ! Good luck.

I just noticed this claim right now.. I dont know about him downloading some program that says that I have blocked him ? I never did such a thing.. We do have prefered means of communication and designated emails to handle his situation as well.. The fact that he doesnt want to deal with Asia HQ in the first place is the reason why we could not have addressed him appropriately much sooner..

If anyone knows how we operate... I do have a specific job here in the states.. If you have ever tried to get a quote from me or a technical question what do I do ?

I always refer you to someone in Asia because not only are they familiar with specific technical questions they also know what is being developed and are current with the prices.. And when certain issues arise they can better address it. Case in point.

We dont have an office in the states to handle phone inquiry nor do we have customer service here in CA.. what I do is logisitical support and organization which ultimately is headed by someone in Asia..

This is the current structure of the company will it change ? Most definitely but at the present time customer service is done with Asia, is this practical ?

Not really but we have neither the personnel or setup to commit to anything greater..

That is why the local CA guys who have been here and know how things operate at the wharehouse are the most defensive of Accolade. thx guys.

realistically unless theres holes, tears, or damaged corners beyond normal shipping on the box i'd say poor packaging is to blame. not shipping. of theres room to slide anywhere in that box fiberglass will definitly chip or crack.

good luck on the hood man i'm sure dave will take care of you. enough people definately spoke up on this though.

For any damages you should contact the damn shipping company.... for the love of god that maybe why accolade is not responding.... i hate to be an *** but if u dont seem to understand that you MUST contact OFDL then idk what else to do.... contact them and explain what happened... if they refuse then there is always the hammer idea......

just like i said, contact Dimantha.....

the cali location is a Warehouse.... Warehouse are for storage so a company can ship products to thier warehouse and have a "stock pile" of them... so its not cluttering the main location or so its closer to the consumer.... a WAREHOUSE.

Okay enough is enough. I have read this thread for 2 days and Im sick of all the crap. People have there views and opinions on Accolade. Fine, leave it at that. The thing that is really bothering me here is Dave misquoting people from around the threads and the fact that he has spent the whole time arguing with everyone like a bunch of kids without even adressing the origional question. Dave you say you know the owner of Kamanari yet you are bashing there products. Anyone who knows anything about sales knows that bashing or talking crap about your compeditors just makes you look worse. The comment was unnessessary and you know very well that they make very good products. Im not saying anything negative about you or your company because frankly I like one of your designs (the one that kar33m) designed and I want to get in on that group buy. This thread is just a reminder on how carefull I will have to be. Doesnt mean I wont buy from you though.

alright heres a quick update guys....i talked to Dave last night and he agreed to send me a replacement hood. He told me that they are out of stock of the TS hoods so he should be getting a new shipment in 3 weeks so I should be getting mine in 4 and a half or 5 weeks. I'll let you guys know FOR SURE if i do get the hood.

I hope I do get the hood though...its the waiting game now.

THANKS AGAIN 4 ALL YOUR POSTS GUYS...I TOTALLY TOTALLY APPRECIATE THE FEEDBACK!!
