www.mirageforums.net thats my main board... good guys, and LOTS of info on mirages, check it out and search, or ask away... i'd help you but my mirage was a 1.5.
Youll also find lots of similar items between mirages and lancer, because after all... a Mirage is actually a Lancer, lol.
So is there any aftermarket clutches out there for a 02 Lancer that come with a throwout bearing? If so, please post a link to them.

I'm trying to save a little money and not have to buy a throwout bearing from Mitsubishi. It doesn't make since to offer a clutch kit for a 02-03 Lancer without a throwout bearing. The throwout bearing is why I am replacing everything.

There's a couple clutches for the lancer that are in the 300-400 dollar range that are Stage 3. I need to ask Fox where he was looking at but he put one in. Look for threads I've tsarted, I started something about a clutch before. I wish you were close to VA beach, HBZlancer put his own clutch in a day on some jack stands because his Stage 2 turbo lancer kept burning out the stocker.
if you are mechanically inclined , you could do it yourself and save a load of cash ,
just don't be like me .. have a friend stop by .. it makes it go back in a little easier with more than 2 hands..

The thought has crossed my mind several times to do it myself, but the only way I would attempt it is if I had a lift and the proper tools to do it right like a transmission jack.
the tranny isnt but maybe 75 lbs.. .. and you dont have to jack it up super high . just high enough for the tranny to clear through the wheelwell after you pull it out.. .. it's your call but if you are looking to save cash that is a good way to save between 300-500 bucks
