Asking all Lancer owners with paint issues to please read.
OK, here goes. I know there has been numerous posts on this before, but I need everyones help. Specifically all Lancer owners, for 2002 and 2003. Hopefully this will be able to help all with paint issues in the future. I am going to meet a rep from 
, and want to make it as painless as possible to get things fixed. Please don't post anything off-topic or flame this post. I ask that the mods please delete any posts that are as such.
Anyway, If possible I would like anyone with a paint issue to post the year of your Lancer, color, and the exact problem you are having. Whether it be chipping, peeling, cracking or fading. No one with aftermarket body work please. I would do a search on all the paint issues discussed in the past, but i feel this will make it easier to print out and read. And like i said, maybe other people can use this as well if they have warranty issues.
Please no profanity in any posts as well. The only reason I'm doing this is because I was told by the dealership to print out what other people were saying, so that it won't seem like its just my car with the problem. Where to start...? 02 yellow OZ, paint chips on both front quarterpanels, the front lip is fugly (paint feels gritty, and has faded to a muddy yellow), rock chips on the roof. The overall color doesn't have the "pop" that it used to- looks kinda faded 
Had a chip on the rear passengers quarterpanel and the hood was messed up but those were covered under warranty. PM me if you want more info. I've been doing a lot of work on this issue as well.

I dont have problems, but I feel this is pertitnent:
2002 OZ Thunder Grey 19,000 Miles, no problems.....
I mention this because no onr has registered a complaint about Thunder Grey yet, its just the other colors. Maybe service reps can shed some light on this.....
