But your pictures inspire us so. Without them, we are hopeless, lost. Do you plan on sharing your build once your done?

That is my objective sir! I will let a few tidbits out though... I'm sure a few of you guys are in the SCLC forums... I do have a project thread there. The only thing I ask is that no one abuse my build pictures. My friend and I have been working really hard to make this happen and it took a lot of research and development to get to where we're at, at this point.

The AWD conversion is pretty much in. I just need to finish up on a few other details. I am using Outlander components in the back... it all bolts up.

Fab work is still required... the shock tower/mounting point rubs on the inside wheel area. As you all know, the EVO's shock mounting point sits higher than the base Lancer's. It had to be moved... so we made an inboard cantilever suspension setup.

In due time I will make a build thread here. Don't worry.

Do you have a link to your build thread on sclc.net? I've looked all the other day and couldn't find it.

Ok guys i am back from my 3 week vacation and i'm broke lol here is an update since i've been gone i finally have all my parts for the head except the (cam gears) i have now realised that some of the parts such as the right engine mount bracket from the evo 8 that bolts to the block won't work with evo 5 block so at this moment i have decided to put the block i have for sale.

*update*Well I got engine mount and test fitted it to the stock lancer crossmember it bolted up with no problem this may be a good help to some of you who were not sure about this

I also got bored and painted my valve cover to match my car with plasti coat high temp paint and clear.

As most of you may have realised at the beginning of this thread that i got a scrapped motor
so i had to purchase just about everything to put this motor back together so here are the rockers, cam caps, springs and reatiners i just received also.may start assembling this as soon as next week if all goes well
