The new WRX with the 2.5 liter motor puts down close to 200 whp but a bug eye won't come close. That has nothing to do with handling though. I think it boils down to who has the car set up the best. Simply saying "car A has coilovers, car B has coilovers, who wins" isn't really useful since coilovers can vary, if you have a set of 800$ Ksports and he as custom tuned Ohlins, he'll eat you alive. If you have Ohlins and he has Skunk2 coil sleeves, you'll eat him. Since I only have one of the two cars, I'd like to think it'd win but RSX-Ss are nice cars and it's best not to underestimate them.
