Focus RS
Nah. Just making a joke that doesn't translate well in print LOL
Agreed.
Agreed.
If we are in the realm of custom rally cars, I would prefer an m-sport fiesta. http://www.vehiclepassion.com/2013/0...port-unveiled/
You are right, given inflation and time frame of roughly 11 years, $30,000 in 2003 is the same as just over $41500 11 years later (2014). Just some food for thought if people really want to compare pricing. I would guess $38000 would be a start and $42000-44000 would be fully loaded.

Here is a link to the official teaser video. Someone noted on Jalopnik that the rear wheel is rotating faster than the pavement at 0:28.

While Ford has been reasonably forthcoming about the motor, its quite fascinating that they has been so secretive about whether it will be FWD or AWD. I think it will make or break whether the new RS will become an icon and whether it will ultimately be profitable.
I will truly be amazed if it is AWD. Every Focus RS before has been FWD.
Road and Track is reporting that it will be AWD. They are a reputable site and I do not think they would have jumped on the awd hype train unless they had some solid info to go on. http://www.roadandtrack.com/new-cars...-insider-info/
If it was not going to be AWD, I think Ford would have come out and said so by now. It just doesn't make sense to allow all the awd hype, only to then reveal a fwd disappointment.
