Focus RS

I love my Evo, but being a former member of the Focus ST forums and having a ST project car made me fell in love with these.

Forget the hype of the new Miata. AWD Short wheel base will do it for me.

If it uses the same eco boost 2.3 like in the mustang as car and driver is saying it will probably have good aftermarket support for it. I wonder how good the awd system is.

It may be the only replacement for the evo if it outperforms the STI.

I hope its the 2 door version, you don't see many 2dr AWD cars these days.

The 2 door is hot. But I would still prefer 4 (I got a family).

razorlab posted about this in the evo replacement thread.

Still pretty cool though. I was excited until I saw that it was going to be a limited production run.

That just means ****ing stupid mark-up and higher base price.

dont be pessimistic. The new STI was also a limited edition and had no or a little mark up price.
I think they will sell after couple of moths everywhere, and almost with a same special edition price.

they just want a hype, i think.

I'm looking at cars like the Integra Type-R, 2013 BMW Lime Rock Park M3 and so on.

Even used those still demand a high price and have considerably slower depreciation rates.

Just being a realist.

+1. family and friends. i never understood the allure of a 2-door. current test mule sightings suggest it will be 4-door.

the only reason I own a 4 door is for family, but if the kids were gone or i didn't have any, 2 doors always look better and it would be the one I'd be getting...
