Seems like a strong car. At least you are not being a like some of the EVO punks on this thread, no respect for any other cars.

just don't try running one of these srt-4 fellas on the highway! they'll give u a nice surprise!
.. btw, i'm talking about these big turbo kits mainly.. but even if ur evo is stock and the srt-4 has a few mods u might get ur *** whooped!!
however, AWD makes more sense for this kind of power.. it takes advantage of it in all situations of racing (cornering, takeoffs, lane changes etc etc..).. which is why it's banned in a lot of pro-racing events now!

gotta love BS videos, slitghly modified, give me a break. Please get an EVO driver who knows how to drive....he was probably in 5th gear during the rolls....such a joke. Oh wells, gives those cocky immature 16year old NEON drivers hope, only to be CRUSHED when they come up to an EVO at a light anytime soon.

And besides, you SHOULD spank Neons.....they are pretty weak......now, an SRT-4 on the other hand.....well let's just say you better get your launch right or you'll be dusted....no room for error there my man.

I've run SRT-4s before. They will win if you miss a gear, but the Evo is faster. I missed my 1-2 shift once and lost 2 cars which I narrowed to 1/2 car with in seconds, but it was already over.
An SRT-4 is the only way to go in the $20k price range. Awesome ride for the money.
For $30k, we have perfection = Evo. =)

Mitsubishi Evolution= Rally inspired, made into a street car.
Dodge SRT4= High performance Neon.
Mitsubishi Evolution= Meant for twisty roads, auto X, and some off roading.
Dodge SRT4= Meant for quickness in a straight line.
Mitsubishi Evolution= Better in turns, auto X, and off roading.

SRT4 is meant for straight line, Evo is not. SRT4 can run 8's in the 1/4, why? Because companys have taken the time and money, to build the modifications necessary for it. While the other companys are busy developing modifications for the Evo, to perform better in the twistys, and possibly straight line.

1st this neon had stage 2 kit inside was not stock and 2nd stupid evo driver didn't know for **** how to launch his evo having 4 wheel drive and not pulling from the start form a front wheel drive car that will have problems with traction thats stupid. I raced few srt-4 and they are **** not a car its just a neon.

Damn those are some nice numbers, cant wait to see some more tuning and parts thrown in that thing. I love the srt's, cant wait to see some modded ones around my area.
