Simple enough,

Paid for an item (Greddy Ti-C tip) on the 10th, Have not recieved the item. I have been E-mailing/PMing him for a tracking number/status, and none of my E-mails/PMs have been responded to.

Item was listed for sale in two different threads, here's the one I laid claim to the Tip.

Another buyer has also not received his item, purchased at the same time. Again, no receipt of the item, nor response to any requests for status.

A paypal claim has been initiated.

 

Have you tried calling him? He listed his phone number at the bottom of the ad.

I just texted him and he said he shipped everything on Monday... cool.

Yes, if he responded to any of my (or other buyers) PMs/E-mails.

Via text, he said that he would sign on and give updates/tracking numbers last night... He has not.

I just checked time in transit with Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. If he shipped on Monday, I would have had the items by now...

I will Update the title when I recieve my item.

 

has not provided tracking numbers, and has not responded to my texts today. Also has not responded to the paypal dispute opened yesterday.

 

I'm the other buyer that is having the same problem. He said everything to me and is now not responded to emails, texts, pms everything. Signs are pointing to scam

 

Still no reaponse to e-mail, PM, text, or calls requesting tracking number. Tomorrow i will be escalating my paypal dispute to a claim.

 

response received yesterday with a tracking number shipped 9/24. I should receive it tomorrow, but I will be out of town till the weekend. I will update this then.
