OK I found only 1 leak so far. It was the vacuum line going to the fuel Pressure regulator. The car got a bit better, but still isn't running right. I am going to hook up the air compressor to the intake and put 30psi in the car and find the darn leak.
I am getting a CEL.....P0138. It is an O2 High voltage reading for bank 2. Because I am not running cat, I would imagine this is why I am getting the code. I have done the mechanical O2 fix and it was great until I went back to a stock ECU map. Once I can fix the leak issue and get the car to run smooth I will re-tune the ECU for better O2 readings and this CEL will not be an issue.
Brendan,
I am running a Buschur Manual BC. I took it apart and cleand it up. This helped a bit too. But the problem still exists.
NEVER LET YOUR CAR SIT FOR A YEAR...........UGH ! !
Nick,
Sorry I never got back with you about the belt tnesioner tools. I have been busy with the family and the house lately. Not to mention the darn car isn't runnign right any how. Thanks for the offer to let me use the tool.
Greg,
If you still need an FMIC, I have my stocker here any time you want it.
OK who has the hook up on tires? I need 265/35/18s for my new wheels. Tires of choice are Falken Azines 615s, Toyo T1R, Hankook Ventus RS2, Kuhmo ECSTA MX, or maybe even the new Federal 595s.

The Forgeline event at Putnam was GREAT. Nice weather, nice cars, a BUNCH of track time. I went through two tanks of gas and had to end my last session early because I was about out of gas. We had several 30 minute sessions and a few 20 minute sessions. Unfortunately I could only do one of the two days.
The best news...no issues with the car for a change. It ran great all day.

damn I need me a track car!!
As for tires get the falkens best bang for the buck. Your best bet is online, I think edge racing, or discount tire sells them cheap. Then have Jermey mount them for you on the cheap.

The weekend was great. Weather today was a carbon copy of yesterday, perfect. car ran great, my students were great, dinner last night was great, etc, etc..
Paul, after my off at Mid Ohio I'm hoping a new IC will be coming via insurance but thanks though.

I got my Falkens from Vulcan Tire online. They were the cheapest by far. And those other tires just don't compare to the RT615s. And after that massive rain last week with all the standing water in the highway I can say I will never use another street tire. I thought they would suck in the rain but they were awesome and still had enough grip to have fun in the wet.
If you know your agent pretty well and are in good standing they will likely cover you. I had mine repaired after the autox accident that came to 10k in cosmetic damage. They also said they would cover it doing DE's. My rates didn't really go up either..thanks to my agent reworking a few things on my policies
